Honeywell T10/Resideo app questions

Hello.. I’m looking for a bit of help as Resideo support is very lacking…

I just had a T10 installed and I’m happy with it. The app is another story. First, I notice there are two apps from Resideo.. there’s Smart Home (I’m on that now) and Total Connect Comfort. The enclosed manual doesn’t seem to deal with the app at all. My installer uses Smart Home.

Anyway… I notice that on occasion, the app doesn’t reflect what’s on the lcd panel, it gets stuck in last setting. I can usually shut app down, reopen and it seems to catch up. Anyone else have that issue?

Another issue… I’m away from home a lot, especially in very cold weather. I notice the app doesn’t show when my HVAC is on AUX heat even though the lcd panel indicates it. App also doesn’t show when system is “in Recovery”. Again, I can’t find any info anywhere, hoping someone can help.

Lastly, the system utilization feature doesn’t seem to work at all. Shows no data available all the time.
