reznor 350 waste oil heater

hello jerry here
i have a 25 year old reznor 350 waste oil heater
the electrodes are igniting but nothing else goes on
not the blower the pump the compressor
any ideas

    oil not up to temp, air not proving, bad motor/motors, general wiring.
