Weil Mclain HE 2 boiler not starting

I have a HE 2 boiler. The unit has the green (power) light, and the first red light (demand). The circulating pumps runs (I can feel the motor start, and shut off when I turn it off). The third light never lights, but the 4th red light flashes once, then turns off. I am left with the green and one red light. The fan motor does not fire up at all. What does the one pulse (flicker) of the 4th red light mean, and no light on the third.??? Bad fan motor?

I had a HVAC contractor look at the unit and he said it was a bad control module. I replaced this, and same problem. I won't mention names or use them again. (they wanted 2x the part to replace)

the blink codes are usually written inside the cover on the labels, or on the device, or in the manual for boiler or deviceknown to beat dead horses0

1 and 2 are power and demand,
what are the labels on 3 and 4?
"Limit" ?
and ??
dark LED is probably limit, and you have an open safety, or??

Do you not have the manual with the diagnostic flow charts? Here it is, hope it helps, worked for me when I needed a new control valve.0

This manual does not have the same boiler control as @Lukemon100 is describing. Must have a later series HE2. I wonder if this is the control supplement that describes the control @Lukemon100 has.https://www.weil-mclain.com/sites/default/files/field-file/he-ii-hsi-control-supplement_1.pdfJells said:Do you not have the manual with the diagnostic flow charts? 1. When you first get the boiler to turn on, is there a motor operating the combustion fan?
2. Is there an orange/yellow glow from the HSI ignitor?
If you don't get this far, then one of the hoses from the pressure switch to the flue box may be clogged with something? It could be water.

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Sometimes the barb fittings get clogged shown here with green arrows. Just carefully remove the hose and push a probe in the tiny hole.

great illustration , I tried that and it didn't help. When I turn on the boiler the control module displays one green light and the blower starts, immediately the first two red light come on together and nothing else happen for a minute or two no igniter , then the third red light comes on and it and the green light start blinking any ideas thanks
