How do you pulge air out of this system, it don't seem to have individual drain for each zone.

If you have any circulation at all in every zone, that spiro vent should get it completely air free within a day, hours sometime.
Do you hear air in the system? Does that spiro ever push air out?
In some cases they can plug up or stick a float inside. That would require some disassembly to check
Good news is you have isolation valves on both sides, so a 20 minute job to isolate and disassemble to check, if you never hear or see any discharge from the spiro.
The red handle valve is you start up purge valve. Turning off the correct combination of valves give you a purge point there.Bob "hot rod" Rohr

Yes it took about 20 min to inspect it and I made sure it's not clogged up or stuck. I also cleaned it a little bit before putting it back together. I'll give it a few days see if that helped. Much appreciated.0

Very nice installation.
Do you know if the drain trap also holds the neutralizer pellets? They must be in a mesh bag otherwise how do you dump the old?0
