Crown boiler

in Radiant Heating
I have a crown boiler, model AWI095. Sounds like it cuts out for a split second while running. What are possible causes? 
Also, not sure if this helps, there’s two very small lights blinking. One green, one amber.

    Pictures would help. Sounds like you low water cutoff. This may be normal depending on what control you have
