All of my Rehau 4 wire actuators on my manifolds are installed upside down in spite of instructions to not install them upside down. What problems can occur with this upside down installation?

Some of the new low current draw actuators are hermetically sealed.
Chilled water systems tend to condensate and can be an issue with inverted manifolds.
