Replacing a geo therm flo center

I have to replace the attached flow center on a geo therm system that has five units, and four flow centers, they all look like the one that is attached. Is there anyway that this can be done with out re flushing  the loop, with a flush cart? Thanks to all.

    If it is an open system, that will be ongoing. Stainless body pumps would be a better option
