I have seen some window mounted heat pumps that can do both air conditioning and heat. When heating, does anybody know what their CoP is? I can't find any specs

Air to air? Of course it depends on outdoor temperature. Look at a similars side in another brand for a spec sheetBob "hot rod" Rohr

Do you mean a PTAC (like they have in hotels)? I have a PBH093G35CC and its COP is 3: https://www.acwholesalers.com/manuals/c3caafcbb2d3af1e4e00c48618d7600e.pdf
It works well now, but I had to cut the electronics out of it to use a standard wall thermostat and not have the electric heat on pretty much all the time (see https://forum.heatinghelp.com/discussion/189302/amana-gree-ptac-question)0
