Replace the aquastat.
Hard to tell from the blurry pic, but from the flue, it's gas fired?
To keep it simple, you could get a Honeywell L8148E. They offer models with different well mounting locations (bottom or middle) so choose the one that lines up best with the existing wiring.
Can you show the wiring diagram of the Honeywell pressure limiter?
