Has anyone ever installed air eliminator on the return side of primary secondary loop system
do to room constraints and will it still eork

Yes but not at it's maximum efficiency.
Air bubbles that are separated from the water at higher temperatures and lower pressures will get dissolved back into the water as the pressure increases or the temperature drops.
It's all physics. read up on Boyles Law and Henry's Law on how gasses are diluted in water. It's kind of like relative humidity in reverse.Edward Young Retired
