I’m try to skim my New Yorker Steam boiler, but I can not find the skimming port. I attached a few pictures of my boiler.

I came down to check the boiler & there was no water in the sight glass. The automatic fill did not seem to refill the boiler. So, I shut the boiler down to cool it, before I refill it.0

page 56 in your manual it's called "Surface Blow Off" Item L in the diagram. Looks like the installer didn't open up the casing to allow it to be installed...of course. It appears to be exactly opposite where the pressurtrol is connected, same relative position on the opposite side.

Thanks KC, is that something that can be installed easily?0

Just to be clear, the skimming port is in the back off the boiler?0

Skimming port must be above the water line.
Look opposite side from the pressure control pigtail.
There may be a "knock out" circle in the cabinet, tap it on the edges to get it loose.
It will swivel and you can twist it out of the way.
Your installer should have removed that plug and installed a nipple and cap.
He still should do it.1 -
Based on the diagram, that looks like it could be it. I must have missed that in your previous pictures.1
