Ridgid ProPress service.

I’ve got a Ridgid RP 241 compact press tool which typically works flawlessly with the exception of 3/4” fitting.
The jaws took a beating on a job a couple of years ago and have never been the same. Before I pop for a new set I’m considering sending both the tool and the jaws off for service / calibration. Has anyone on the site sent their Press-tool off and if so where did you get it serviced?

Where are you located?
These guys are great, and have great prices on tools. I got my 340 for over $500 less than I could find in any store or online.
I’d call first. They are pretty easy to talk to on the phone. Not the usual grouchy guy at the supply house.

I purchased mine through FW Webb. They also arrange the service. No issues. Happy to do it.0
