Recently swapped a Google Nest thermostat for one of my old tstats, I tried using an C wire adapter but that failed so I ordered the power connector but now I'm not sure how to connect it. Any help would be appreciated. Here's what I'm looking

At the thermostat/DHW terminal block there's a black wire labeled C. Connect that to C on the Nest.
It doesn't say on the boiler which is R and W so if it doesn't work try swapping R and W.0 -
Then I have to run wire from the C to the tstat and that'll be a whole other task, can I splice the wire from the R on the tstat block and the W from the transformer to the power connector I got with the nest? The power connector has connection for R and W since it's only a heating system0

You need 3 wires. I'm not familiar with Nest's "create a Common" gadgets. I remove Nest's, I don't install them.0
