Help Identify Convector

Moved in to a house built in 1948 and have a mix of Radiators and these covectors. Can anyone tell me about these? Looking into using them again.

These units were made by various manufacturers but some of the best information can be obtained by searching for Beacon Morris and clicking on residential; literature library; catalog; convector and open that page. When you get to that page it should give you all the information you will need about sizes, BTU outputs, & etc.

New products like this are available. The fact that you have cast iron radiators mixed with those convectors on the same system makes me wonder if there is any balancing problems. Cast iron radiators heat a little differently than convectors, and a lot differently then Copper/Aluminum fin baseboard.

Are the different emitters all on the same zone using the same thermostat?
Are the different emitters on separate zones with separate thermostats?

Another thing to consider is the fact that the Convectors were sometimes used with one pipe diverter tee design. When you say "looking into using them again" are you adding radiators to the system? If so, then the piping design may not be able to accommodate the changes. If you have diverter tee design, and it is balanced, don't make any changes. Not without consulting someone familiar with Diverter Tee design.
