Looking to match an existing convector cover as closely as possible. Dimensions are 21.5" H x 45.5" W.  Boston area, willing to pay for shipping, if needed.

    That type of convector is still manufactured, though now installed mostly in commercial buildings. You should be able to find something off the shelf that would be a close fit. Try Sterling Radiator.
