HTP VERSA- NO HOT WATER

HI,

My HTP VERSA system is heating up and providing heat, but is suddenly not providing hot water. There are no error codes or indications that something is wrong with the unit. Does anyone have any suggestions what it could be?

    Flow sensor stuck with debris or coated with magnetic debris? Strainer plugged? When was the last time the maintenance was done?
