Let's start at the beginning:
Is the power turned on?
Is there fuel in the tank?
Is the thermostat calling for heat?
Does anything operate? Motor? Circulator?
Do you have a MultiMeter to check for electric current?
Have you pressed the reset button? If yes... DO NOT PUSH IT AGAIN
When you pressed the reset button, did anything operate for a short time?
Oil burners can be very dangerous.
If the fuel pump is the " Pump?" you are talking about, and there is fuel oil leaking on the floor, You should not operate the burner until you have a oil burner professional repairman look at it

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

I guess @bucka002 must have spent a Buck or 2 to get it fixed over the weekend.
