differential across pumps is 10-15
one pump is 40-45 what is causing higher differential

    Higher pressure differential equals more restriction/ head.  

    In other words the pump with the bigger difference on pressure is working harder to move the water.  Most often this is due to a longer run, more restrictions,  etc
