in THE MAIN WALL
Need help with this injection system tekmar356 injection control taco zvc 404 zone valve control box 3 pump system boiler pump injection pump and system pump, a quick wiring diagram would save me, thanks!

    This throws some installers off. You need a transformer to power the control,then two wires to the zone control to signal it on with any heat call

    Here is the total package

    1. Taco ZVC gets a call from a zone.
    2. Zone valve opens. Zone valve end switch signals ZVC to call for heat mode
    3. ZVC end switch at bottom X X (or C and NO) activates P3 system pump
    4. ZVC end switch at top X X sends signal for a call for heat to the 356 at D1 in the 356 diagram.
    5. 356 operates the injection pump P2
    6. 356 signals boiler to operate
    7. Boiler controls operate P1

    Could the 24v come from the relay box instead of another separate transformer? Shouldn’t take much to power the tekmar?

    You may be correct. LCD for the front, Relay for the boiler and a potentiometer for the injection pump. I guess it depends on the quantity and type of zone valve and the size of the transformer in the Taco
