Passing water on my McDonnell & Miller Electric Water Feeder

The site glass on my boiler keeps over-filling and I suspected water was either passing by the main valve or through the 24v McDonnell & Miller automatic Water Feeder. The main water supply line was cut in two section to determine where water was leaking and you guessed it - The Water Feeder. Not a lot, but enough that confirms my huntch of where the water has been coming from.
Does anyone know if these can be repaired or not?

The instructions are attached. Clean the strainer and the valve. Most prefer the Hydrolevel feeders which can be rebuilt0
