Help getting heating to work

in Gas Heating
SO its been ages since I put the heating on and can't work out if its user error or a boiler fault

I have a Potterton ProMax. House was built in 2015. I have hot water but can't get the heating to work?

    You must be in the UK.
    It looks like the pressure is low in the system.
    Need to add some water through the filling loop.
