All 7 zones heat when any one zone calls for heat!

Summary 10/22
When any zone calls for heat, the (one) circulator pump operates properly, however all zones make heat. Only five of the seven four watts ¾ 200s-M5 flow check valves were replaced.

10/22 11:07 Oops - My son just told me he only replaced only two check valves. MY BAD.

Hot Water Maker – Replaced in 2017. Amtrol Boilermate CH-80Z
Primary Panel -2001 6 Terminals, Erie Zone Track SR601
Secondary Panel – 2001 3 terminals, Erie Zone Track SR301
4/22 Note: Five Grundfos UP15-42F zone pumps and four of the watts ¾ 200s-M5 flow check Valves were replaced.

Heating History
4/17/22
7am Zone #6 Sunroom: Thermostat manually set to call for heat. It is the only pump running. All zones were heating 25 minutes
9am Zone #1 Hot Water Maker: Runs for about 60 minutes; 2 Showers plus Laundry. Hot Water is the only pump running. All zones are heating. Temperature rises 4 degrees to 76 degrees in the entire house, outside temperature is 50 degrees.
4/18/22
Zone #6 Sun Room: Thermostat manually set to call for heat. It is the only pump running. All zones were heating in 25 minutes. Only Pump #6 is running

6am Zone #2 Sun Room: Thermostat manually set to call for heat. Master Bedroom: only pump running. All zones were heating in 25 minutes

9am Zone #2 Master Bedroom: Thermostat manually set to call for heat. Master Bedroom: only pump running. All zones were heating in 25 minutes. Outside temperature is 45 degrees.
12am Zone #4 Front Corner Bedroom and Rear Corner Bedroom: Thermostat manually set to call for heat. Corner Bedrooms: only pump running. All zones were heating in 25 minutes. Outside temperature was 52 degrees
