Wiring thermostat Honeywell - TH4110D for steam system

I'm renovating a 3-story building in Brooklyn, NYC. The thermostat used to be on the 2nd floor (previous owners unit). The 2nd floor is currently being renovated.

The 3rd floor has been renovated and I'm currently living there. I ran a new thermostat wire from the 3rd floor to the basement.

The old second floor wire is still connected to the boiler, but the wire has been abandoned on the 2nd floor.

Old wiring setup at the thermostat is as follows:

W: brown wire and white wire with brown markings
R: blue wire and white wire with blue markings.

Old wiring setup at boiler:

- Brown wire and white wire with brown markings are jumped to a blue wire.
- Blue wire and white wire with blue markings are jumped to a white wire.

The new wire I ran from the 3rd floor to the basement has the following colors:
Blue, white, red, green, yellow.

Seems like the easiest solution is to plug the new blue wire to W and the new white wire to R. And then match those colors at the thermostat.

Am I missing anything?

Thanks for the help.
