Solo 110 cycling DHW only

Hi All, new member here with a TT solo 110 with smart 40 tank set up primary/ secondary. Boiler is continuing to cycle for DHW and after the 4 cycle it goes to 6 cycle and recirculates non stop until it gets another DHW call for heat. Meanwhile my 'stats are calling for heat and my distribution pumps are pumping away but no hot water is coming over. I forced a high fire cycle for CHV (mode +) and it ran 10 minutes no worries. Cannot figure out why the boiler only wants to cycle DHV and not kick over to CHV.
Can I switch off the DHV call for heat to see if the boiler will go back to function properly in CHV mode? Any and all troubleshooting tips welcome. Thanks! Paco
