LP Boiler Exhaust

Hi everyone. I just had a 20+ year old Slant/Finn LP boiler replaced with a GV90+. Everything seems to be working great, but I’m noticing a much thicker and more noticeable exhaust from my vent. It’s currently 37 degrees out here in VT. Just wanted to see if this is the level of visible exhaust to expect.
Thanks!

Yeah, that is actually real good as your condensing really good. The problem that i see is that the vent is to low to the ground. Of course the picture could be deceiving but it looks really low. Installation and code requires the vent termination to be 12" above expected snow level. If that's too low the snow is going to cover it and cause failure.1
