Tekmar type 117 - 1 1/4" OR type 116 - 1" mixing valve needed

I'm in search of a Tekmar type 117 - 1 1/4" or a type 116 - 1" 4-way mixing valve. They have been discontinued and all of my searches have been fruitless.     Danfoss, Belimo are other options. I think the mount holes are the same

    Hello, Bob, and thank you for your reply! I spoke with Supply House and they haven't had the type 117 (1 1/4" 4-way mixing valve) in years. All the newer mixing valves have a different CV rating as well as won't fit the installation area without a substantial rework of the copper. I would even size down to a Tekmar type 116 (1" 4-way mixing valve). Please, I'm open to any suggestions!

    I’ll bet some of the tekmar reps might have some on the shelves yet.
    Where are you located?
    Rathe and Associates in NY has a room full of older tekmar parts 
    Shamrock in Colorado
    Lundquist in Salt Lake
    check the tekmar site for other reps.

    What is wrong with the old one? Not much inside them, unless the vanes are broken?
