Multi Zone control from one "Smart" Thermostat

I have seen some similar discussions on this, but haven't been able to find anything exactly like my situation.
I have a large vacation rental home that has a Bosch propane boiler with 3 pumped hot water baseboard zones. It currently has 3 old school mercury thermostats hooked to a Taco control board to control these zones.
If I was just living there, I'd have no problem with this setup, but as we'll be having different people coming and going all the time, I'd like to simplify a bit, as well as be able to have some control/monitoring of the system from my phone, restrict how much adjustment can be made to each zone by guests, etc. Mainly, I'd like them to be able to adjust the whole house with one thermostat so they don't turn down the heat in main area, leaving 2 other zones heating, while opening up the doors etc.
Is there a system that could replace the main thermostat with some kind of "smart" connected thermostat, and the other 2 thermostats with a sensor (like a sensor based zoning, but with real separate zones), so that you could adjust all zones from one location? I have I think just 2 wire setup from each thermostat to control board currently, and can easily pull additional wire to the main thermostat (other 2 might be possible, but not easy).
Does such an animal exist?
