    Outstanding! Now a John Kelly of heat pump appliances needs to emerge too. Not only will EVs be the only kind of new vehicle available for purchase by the 40 million people in California after 2035, but it was just announced that new gas-fired space and water heaters will be banned here after 2030.

    Someone who can passionately tie together legacy appliance system knowledge with that new approach to obtaining BTUs would serve the world well indeed. Any Wallies up for the job? :)
