Good morning,
Can someone help confirm my thinking that all refrigerant based HVAC systems that qualify for the new tax incentives will have to be installed after 01-01-2023 and subsequently no longer be a R410A ?

Slant Fin Galaxy GG100(1986) , 2 zone hot water baseboard, T87 Honeywell thermostats.
