Hardy Outdoor Wood Boiler Wiring

I am needing a diagram as to the indoor wiring for the relays. According to Hardy diagram, the yellow wire is not being used. Will need this for cooling. I am using a 2 stat without an aqua stat. I am needing to know how to wire this using the relays. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

What relays? Do NOT run the circ pump on heat call like they want you to- run it 24/7.

There is a blower and control relay that need to be wired. I am wiring up an ac and furnace through relays. On the original stat, there is W for cooling but not specified where this should be hooked up to which terminal on the relay. I am using a 2 stat system without an aquastat. This why I recommend people not to use Hardy wood boilers. No other wood boiler has ever caused this many issues and is simple to hook up.

    Hello @awhistle,

Is this what you are trying to do ? See PDF page 37 - 39 or manual page 23 - 25. Or are trying to expand from this ?

The indoor wiring has nothing whatsoever to do with the wood boiler. Run a constant circ from the Hardy through the HX. Wire your second thermostat to the blower (most are W/G) and leave the existing thermostat wiring alone. Done deal.
