Radiator Manifold Plumbing - Can we use Copper Pipping?

Hi!

Apologies if this has been asked before, cannot seem to find an answer on here or elsewhere! We are about to install a completely new plumbing system and are planning to use manifold plumbing for our radiators. Can we use copper pipping to connect the manifold to each radiator or does it have to be MLCP / Pex?

Preference would be to use copper due to it being tried and tested - appreciate that it has more joints, is more labour intensive and is more costlier. Would like to know that it's technically possible to use with manifolds, rather than MLCP / PEX.

Thanks!
