I'm having a System 2000 Frontier installed next week. I've done alot of research on different boilers. I really like what I've read on this system. Also glad I found this web sight. It's good to see the president of Energy Kinetics taking part in the discussions here.

That circulator must be fun to replace. You need to drain the whole boiler.
How many zones? I see the split x3 returns. Everything is piped in 3/4 to the zone(s)?

Hello everybody just an update on my System 2000. It's working great I'm using less than 100 gal. a month.During the summer I barely used any oil for hot water. I'll know better after a year goes by. I know in 2021 I used 750 gal. of #2 heating oil.

Now that it has been more than a year, can you tell us how your oil consumption changed?  I'm debating upgrading or replacing my unit.  I kinda need to know asap, so ballpark numbers are fine!
    Thanks.
