I want to thank everyone who offered advice and helped me with the rust problem I had in my radiant heating system this last heating season. I changed out the three cast-iron circs and flanges with brass circs and replaced the two dielectric connectors at the boiler with brass unions with shutoffs. I also found that the float in the Webstone air separator was not hooked up, so the air valve was never letting air out of the system.
