9 zone temperature control panel

Thank you everyone. This site is great,
Does anyone know of a single panel (or two) that can handle 9 separate zones of temperature control.
I have a radiant system. Taco four zone controller linked to 9 separate thermostats.
Three zones with three thermostats each. Heat only,
Batteries keep draining on zone two.
Control 4 thermostats.
Would like to go with a single controller.

    ZVC404 and ZVC405

    But something is off here, if you only have a ZVC404 currently there are only 4 zones and only 4 thermostats are working. Are you wanting to further divide zones?
