Setting the Correct Heating Curve Heat

Can anyone help me with the required position of the two knobs that govern the heating curve to allow heat hot water to move to my cast iron rads and in floor heating when temperature outside has gone above freezing? I have old Viessmann VBC-40 oil fired boiler with Trimatik control.

Did you try and find the manuals? ..... they typically give you start positions for the type of radiation you have. Then it's a question of a little trial and error .. based on inside and outside temps and how you wnat the system to react
