Dan I am happy you received an award for all your efforts to educate all of us in the industry.
I wish I could give you the award you really deserve. That award would be the mentor and the student shaking hands at your retirement.

That award would be explained with a plaque stating thank you for changing my life with education and good counsel.

In my case you educated me helped me express myself with confidence and spurred me on to take on more responsibility. You were my mentor 40 years ago and I still consider you as my mentor today.
