Rheem 96v variable speed question

Should I expect the airflow to be variable and self adjusting? In heating mode, seems to operate at a single speed only and it’s high. Looking to lower the fan speed. Using with an ecobee thermostat, configured with HVAC fan control and variable speed fan control.

    it looks like it is 2 stage. you need to either use a 2 stage t-stat or set up the controls to run 2 stage off a single stage t-stat. read the manual.
