Boiler flames not consistent

Options
Hello Steam specialists,

when my boiler is running, the flames don't seem to be consistent, as you can see hear in this video. Is this normal ?

No, it isn't normal. Did you clean the burners at the start of heating season? How old is the boiler?

You shouldn't let it run like this. You could be letting carbon monoxide into your house. You need to get it serviced ASAP. You don't necessarily need a steam pro. This is a combustion issue.

Yes, they did clean the burners before the winter season. Boiler is new, was installed in 2018. I sent this video and they said that it is not normal. They will come.
