Vitodens 100W blank screen

Hello. Wondering if anyone can throw a tip or two my way on where to look on why my boiler had a blank screen. It has happened in the past and it was a fuse but i did check all fuses and they all tested good. There is power coming into the boiler but thats it? Low water cutoff is good as well. Its a vitodens 100w Thanks for any help!

both fuses were checked in the beginning and both are good. Panel came of after sitting off for awhile ran for a day. now shut off and screen is blank again. Does anyone know if it could be a control panel issue? Thankjs

ive contacted tech support. no answers. Will be getting someone out to help. Puzzling. It shut off again. Blank screen. Shut power off for an hour. After turning back on. Tries to start but then freezes. But if I turn on again without waiting for some time it stays blank
