Is this corrosion anything to worry about for a 12-year-old Endurance EBP unit?

I woke up this morning to a cold house and saw the LO (lockout) error on my 12-year-old Laars Endurance EBP 100 boiler. I check the ignitor with an ohmeter and saw that it was out of range (177 ohms). I replaced it and everything is working.
I just want to check if the corrosion I am seeing is normal for a boiler that is 12 years old.
