I have an old 1960s 6 section oil fired boiler that I have busted apart it stands about 5foot tall cast iron how much can I expect these sections to weight?

If you broke it in section no big deal . if you need less weight bust up the sections ....

There was an error rendering this rich post.

Assuming it is a typical large house boiler with six sections I would guess about 1100 pounds for wet base and about 800 for dry base.
