I will be teaching a class on steam systems for brewers in Pittsburgh on Friday February 25 at Mindful Brewing. The event is sponsored by the Pittsburgh chapter of the MBAA or Master Brewers The cost is free for MBAA members and $45 for non members. BTW, Mindful makes some mighty tasty brews.
