What brand of radiator is this?

Can anyone help me identify the brand of this radiator? The only marking I can see is “NF 15”. And as an aside - I’m wondering why the bottom is rusting and leaking. Does this need to be replaced or any possibility or repair? (Thanks from a new homeowner!)

    It is runtal. Looks like that plug wasn't sealed.

    It probably says runtal under that trim piece on the front.
