Currently on 1 CPH
The thermostat is at the end of the steam main (it's the last room to be heated). It's a three story old uninsulated building with 50+ radiators. The gas meter just clicks and clicks and cause me anxiety;)
The graph that I have attached is in the same room as the thermostat.
While the thermostat is set for 69 degrees, you can see that the room temp is not very consistent, and it takes hours to go from hot/cold
Just looking for feedback on how you would try to even out temps for this room (and the entire system)
The chart comes from some wifi enabled sensors (really easy to work with and cheap) called ecowitt https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JLRJRLM

Your heating cycles are too long. The question is why.
What make and model thermostat do you have?
The first thing I would try is increasing the cycle rate to 2-3 CPH, which is in theory too long for steam systems; but it costs nothing to try and may improve the situation.—
