About two weeks ago we noticed the blower relay on our furnace started chattering, today we went and bought a new relay for it, installed it no issues runs fine, until tonight when the brand new relay chattered. Is there something else wrong? The furnace is a Honeywell and it's from 1990 if that helps.

Could be a loose wire, weak transformer or any one of a number of things. Hard to tell. A few pictures may or may not help.
You need someone with an electrical test meter to troubleshoot this0 -
Actually figured out the Gas Valve making the noise, this is a new noise. So we will be having a person out to look at it.0

Typically it is a loose wire somewhere.0

Check the voltage at the coil connection to the relay.0
