Any brand of pressure differential meter will connect to those PT ports you see
Look up the manual for the valve for setting info
I think T/A is part of Victraulic now?

Thanks I have the backflow prevention test kit but I’m not sure if this can be used

Any pressure differential meter will work, but you need the T/A chart to convert the reading to GPM. Most meters are digital now.
Plenty of T/A You Tube vids showing how to balance their valves.
The Victraulic site should have a T/A section, like this
