In a nutshell the proposal by Bosch to decarbonize UK is heat pumps for new houses and hydrogen ready boilers that can run on natural gas for existing houses. For UK they estimate 50 percent of housing will have heat pumps (new houses), and 50 percent of housing will have hydrogen ready backward compatible boilers.
