Is a boiler supposed to be this loud?

I live in a pretty large building. The boiler is located right below me and is so loud and vibrates my apartment. I didn’t know this when I moved in because it was July and wasn’t running. I talked to management and was told that everything is running properly and that’s just the noise it makes. I don’t see how this is possible but then again I don’t know anything about boilers. First is a video of what I’m hearing from my apartment and I’ll also attach videos of the actual boiler room. Can anyone tell me if this is a normal sound?

It's coming from the pump, not the boiler itself. Sounds like either the coupling or one of the bearings is about to let go. They need to get that fixed ASAP.

    What noise?
That circulator needs service. Whether it's the bearing assembly or bad vibrations mounting, it needs to be addressed. No rent until you can sleep.
