Looking for Steam install expert for brewery. Nevada

Hi,

We are installing a new (used) brew system and looking for help with piping the steam correctly.

We already have a boiler and it is piped into the brewing area. Looking for feedback on how to properly connect three vessels that are steam jacketed. What do we need as far as steam traps, etc.

Any help or reference to someone that could help would be most appreciated.
