Baseboard heater rust

Has anyone seen Slant Fin Fine/Line 30 baseboard heater rust? I am planning to use it in a bathroom and wonder if it will rust. Their brochure claims it is rust resistant and made of galvanized steel and painted with a rust inhibitor finish. All that sounds fine, but does it really hold up. This baseboard has been around for some years so it would be good to hear some feedback as to weather or not it will rust. If you can please state years of service, if installed in a daily used bathroom with shower and where on the baseboard it rusted. Comments on other brands would also be helpful. Thank you.

They are fine in bathrooms as long as you open a window or turn on a fan when you shower. If you have neither, they will rust.8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

I have not had good luck with Sterling or Slant Fin. The standard stuff will rust. This may be an option.

I recently remodeled my bathroom and used Runtal baseboard radiators. They heat up very well.
